FPL Team Of The Week - GW25

This week's highest scoring players.

FPL Team Of The Week - GW25

Who made our FPL Team of the Week – GW25. Raphinha with another emphatic performance?  Bruno continuing his control on top of FPL?

Goalkeeper

Jordan Pickford – Everton – 11 pts

England’s number one had a superb week, helping Everton to their first win at Anfield since 1999, and keeping a clean sheet in the process.

Defenders

Stuart Dallas – Leeds – 17 pts

Dallas scored most of his points, 15 to be exact, in Leeds 3-0 victory over Southampton. A goal and a clean sheet were enough for 15 points from that game.

James Tarkowski – Burnley – 9 pts

In a match that wasn’t one for the neutral, to say the least, Tarkowski picked up clean sheet points as Burnley and West Brom played out a 0-0 thriller.

Fernandinho – Manchester City – 9 pts

The Brazilian veteran had a successful game as City beat Arsenal 1-0. The game was effectively over after Raheem Sterling’s 2nd minute opener.

Midfielders

Harvey Barnes – Leicester – 13 pts

Foxes winger Barnes followed up his goal and assist against Liverpool with a, you guessed it, goal and assist against Aston Villa.

Raphinha – Leeds – 12 pts

In Leeds’ double game week, Raphinha scored 4 points against Wolves and 8 against Southampton, where he scored in their 3-0 win.

Bruno Fernandes – Manchester United – 12 pts

Another goal and assist for the Portuguese talisman, taking him to 15 goals for the season, helped United overcome a poor start to see off Newcastle 3-1.

Marcus Rashford – Manchester United – 12 pts

Also, with a goal and assist for United was Marcus Rashford. His opener set the Reds on their way as they held on to 2nd place in the table.

Ademola Lookman – Fulham – 11 pts

Fulham continued their unlikely push for survival with a 1-0 win over Sheffield United. Lookman scored the winner in that game to earn himself a place in the TOTW.

Strikers

Christian Benteke – Crystal Palace – 8 pts

Benteke scored a dramatic last-minute winner over Eagles’ rivals Brighton. Brighton fans must have been seething, after dominating for most of the game.

Richarlison – Everton – 8 pts
