FPL - Game Week 31

Key players this week!

Welcome to our weekly team selection for all your Fantasy Premier League Football needs this FPL – Game Week 31.

FPL - Game Week 31

FPL Game Week 31 is here! Kevin De Bruyne takes the captaincy this week against an attacking Leeds team but who else makes the team sheet?

Captain

Kevin De Bruyne (£11.8m) – Manchester City

League leaders City face Leeds this week in what promises to be a really entertaining game as both sides like to attack. This could open up the game for KDB to work his magic and get some big points.

Goalkeeper

Edouard Mendy (£5.2m) – Chelsea

After last week’s horror show against West Brom, expect Chelsea to respond against Palace. Tuchel won’t be playing a weakened defence again and we expect Chelsea to win well with a clean sheet to boot.

Defender

Ben Mee (£4.9m) – Burnley

Sunday’s clash between Burnley and Newcastle won’t be one for the purists, but it could be an opportunity to pick up points from your defence.

Midfielder

Diogo Jota (£6.9m) – Liverpool

Since the Portuguese international came back from injury, he has re galvanized Liverpool. He has 20 points in his last 2 games and if Liverpool are going to beat a good Villa side, they may need some more magic from Jota.

Striker

Alexandre Lacazette (£8.2m) – Arsenal

Arsenal face the already doomed Sheffield United this weekend and need something to stop this season being a total embarrassment. Lacazette has scored 3 in his last 4 starts so should be confident going into this one.

Wildcard

Kelechi Iheanacho (£5.8m) – Leicester

Leicester have a tough game this week away to West Ham. But, the Hammers defence have conceded 5 in their last 2 games, with Kelechi in the form of his life expect a return or two.
