FPL - Game Week 33

Key players this week!

Welcome to our weekly team selection for all your Fantasy Premier League Football needs this FPL – Game Week 33.

FPL - Game Week 33

FPL Game Week 33 is here! Leandro Trossard takes our captaincy this week as the Seagulls face an already relegated Sheffield United.

Captain

Leandro Trossard (£5.7m) – Brighton

We are gambling with this week’s captain. Brighton face a doomed Sheffield United who look like they’ve given up. Trossard scored big in recent Brighton wins over Newcastle and Southampton and will be confident going into the Blades clash.

Goalkeeper

Kasper Schmeichel (£5.3m) – Leicester

Leicester need to keep winning to keep their top 4 place intact. Palace are up next for the Foxes and they don’t score many, registering just 4 goals in the last 6 matches.

Defender

Trent Alexander Arnold (£7.5m) – Liverpool

TAA has been on fire recently, averaging 10 points per game in the last 4 game weeks. Newcastle are next for the Reds which gives Trent plenty of chances to bomb forward.

Midfielder

John McGinn (£5.5m) – Aston Villa

The Scotland international has been in good form lately, scoring against Man City and assisting against Liverpool. He should be able to continue his form going into the midlands derby clash with West Brom.

Striker

Jamie Vardy (£10.2m) – Leicester

A goal and an assist for Vardy against West Brom last night. I expect that to continue against a Palace side playing for nothing right now.

Wildcard

Eddie Nketiah (£5.3m) – Arsenal

Another gamble here but if it pays off, you could have a steal at only £5.3m. Lacazette and Aubameyang are both sidelined and it looks like it’s between Nketiah and Martinelli to lead the line. Nketiah scored Arsenal’s late equaliser last week so we’re banking on him to get the nod.
